NERPSA Board

NERPSA is operated by a Board of Management as required under the NERPSA Constitution. Currently the Board consists of six elected representatives. These Board members come from the parents of children attending NERPSA managed kindergartens as well as the wider community and are elected for a minimum two year term.

NERPSA employs administrative staff to undertake, under the direction of the Board, the day to day running of the organisation. The Board are responsible for the broader issues such as development of policy direction, ensuring the proper financial operation of NERPSA, compliance with legislative requirements, strategic development and direction for the organisation.

The Board of NERPSA is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced members of the community to join us. We have recently approved a new strategic plan and are currently following an initial three year business plan. If you have skills in human resources, education, law, finance, management, Board experience, risk management or OHS, or are just passionate about the future direction of early childhood education, please contact our cluster manager, Leigh on 5721 2755 (Monday—Wednesday, 11am—3pm) for more information.
